PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control device capable of suppressing deterioration of vibration control efficiency by coping with changes in a natural period of a building.SOLUTION: A vibration control device 10 applied to a building 100 includes: a first vibration control part 11 having a first mass body 16, and a first spring 14 interposed between the first mass body 16 and the building 100; a second vibration control part 12 having a second mass body 18, and a second spring 17 interposed between the second mass body 18 and the building 100, and including a natural period different from that of the first vibration control part 11; and a variable attenuation damper 13 which is provided to connect the first mass body 16 with the second mass body 18, which generates attenuation force along a prescribed direction, and which can adjust an attenuation coefficient.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
