VIBRATION CONTROL DEVICE AND VIBRATION CONTROL SYSTEM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control device and a vibration control system capable of easily controlling the magnitude of attenuation force.SOLUTION: A vibration control device is equipped with a rotary type damper and an actuator. The rotary type damper has an outer cylinder; a rotator which can rotate in the inside the outer cylinder and on which attenuation force is acted on rotations to the outer cylinder; and a shaft member which projects out to the outside of the outer cylinder and in which force rotating the rotator is inputted. The actuator is provided on the exterior of the rotary type damper to rotate the outer cylinder with respect to the rotator without the shaft member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
