PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control device capable of suppressing deterioration of vibration control efficiency by coping with changes in a natural period of a building.SOLUTION: A vibration control device 10 includes a mass body 11, and a connection part 12 for connecting the mass body 11 to a building 100. The connection part 12 includes a first spring 13 having a first spring constant (k1), a second spring 14 provided in series with the first spring 13 and having a second spring constant (k2), and a variable attenuation damper 16 connected in parallel to the second spring 14 so as to adjust the magnitude of attenuation force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
