PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock and unlock system or the like which can suppress the flow-out of authentication information used for locking and unlocking a vehicle or a facility to the outside when receiving a use reservation when a plurality of users use the same vehicle or the same facility in different time zones from third party application.SOLUTION: A portion terminal comprises: a first transmission part for requiring authentication information for locking or unlocking a vehicle or a facility to a prescribed server according to a call from an application program when a first operation is performed during the implementation of the application program which communicates another server different from the prescribed server, and provides use reservation service; a first receiving part for receiving the authentication information from the prescribed server; and a second transmission part for requiring lock or unlock to the vehicle or the facility including the authentication information according to a call of the application program when a second operation is performed during the implementation of the application program.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
