FOUNDATION HEAT INSULATION STRUCTURE
To provide a foundation insulation structure that can improve insulation performance.SOLUTION: There is provided a foundation insulation structure 1 of a building B. This foundation insulation structure 1 includes a continuous footing 2, a concrete floor 3, and a foundation insulation material 4. The continuous footing 2 includes a base part 5 that extends horizontally below the external ground surface G1 of the building B, and a rising part 6 that extends upward from the base part 5 and protrudes from the external ground surface G1. The rising part 6 has an inward surface 6i that faces the underfloor space 7 of the building B. The concrete floor 3 is disposed above the base portion 5 and horizontally separated from the inward surface 6i of the rising portion 6 by a gap 10 so as to cover the underfloor ground surface G2. The foundation insulation material 4 includes a first part 15 that extends vertically along the inward surface 6i of the rising part 6, and a second part 16 that extends horizontally between the concrete floor 3 and the underfloor ground surface G2. The first part 15 and the second part 16 have an L-shaped cross section that is continuous with the gap 10 therebetween.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
