METHOD OF MANUFACTURING STEEL PLATE DECK
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a steel plate deck, which can inhibit the formation and progress of a fatigue crack in a root part of a weld bead for joining a trough rib and a deck plate together.SOLUTION: In a loading step, pressure is applied to a bottom wall part 6a by pressing the bottom wall part 6a toward the side of a deck plate 3 from the outside of a trough rib 6 by a pressing surface 18 of a pressing member 16 so that a pair of side wall parts 6b and 6c can be deformed toward the outside of the trough rib 6. In an unloading step, the pressure applied to the pair of side wall parts 6b and 6c in the loading step is removed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】トラフリブとデッキプレートとを接合する溶接ビードのルート部における疲労亀裂発生および疲労亀裂進展を抑制できる、鋼床版の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】負荷工程では、一対の側壁部6b,6cがトラフリブ6の外側に向かって変形するように、押圧部材16の押圧面18で底壁部6aをトラフリブ6の外側からデッキプレート3側に向かって押すことによって、底壁部6aに圧力を加える。除荷工程では、負荷工程において一対の側壁部6b,6cに加えられた圧力を除く。【選択図】 図5
