DECK PLATE AND DECK PLATE'S MANUFACTURING METHOD
To provide a deck plate and its manufacturing method, which secure the rigidity around the longitudinal end part, and enable the prevention of concrete from leaking out at the longitudinal end part of the deck plate during casting without a separate member for preventing the concrete leakage being fitted.SOLUTION: A deck plate 1 for concrete slab is formed by bending a steel plate into a rectangular shape in plan view, comprising; a slab support part 2 shaped like a rectangular flat plate to support the bottom surface of the concrete slab, and a reinforcement rib 3 installed protruding away from one surface of the slab support 2 along the longitudinal direction. The reinforcement rib 3 consists of a standing part 30 which stands toward the outside, and a reinforcing part 31 with a triangle-shape section being formed at the tip of the standing part 30. The longitudinal end part 31a of the reinforcing part 31 is closed in a Y shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】長手方向の端部付近の剛性を確保するとともに、コンクリートが漏れ出すのを防ぐための別部材を取り付けることなく、打設時にデッキプレートの長手方向の端部からコンクリートが漏れ出すのを防ぐことが可能なデッキプレート及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】鋼板から折り曲げられて平面視で長方形状に成形されたコンクリートスラブ用のデッキプレート1において、コンクリートスラブの下面を支持する長方形平板状のスラブ支持部2と、このスラブ支持部2の片面から面外方向に向け長手方向に沿って突設された補強リブ3と、を備え、補強リブ3に、面外方向へ立ち上がる立上部30と、この立上部30の先端に形成された断面三角形状の補強部31と、を設けるとともに、補強部31の長手方向の端部31aをY字状に閉塞する。【選択図】図2
