DECK PLATE AND DECK PLATE'S MANUFACTURING METHOD
To provide a deck plate and its manufacturing method, which secure the rigidity around the longitudinal end part, and enable the prevention of concrete from leaking out at the longitudinal end part of the deck plate during casting without a separate member for preventing the concrete leakage being fitted.SOLUTION: A deck plate 1 for concrete slab is formed by bending a steel plate into a rectangular shape in plan view, and comprises a slab support part 2 shaped like a rectangular flat plate to support the bottom surface of the concrete slab. A buckling-prevention rib (angle rib 23) for preventing buckling is formed along the longitudinal direction on the slab support part 2. The longitudinal end part of the buckling-prevention rib (angle rib 23) is crushed at a designated point away from the end so that the bottom edge of the buckling-prevention rib (angle rib 23) and the bottom edge of the other part of the slab support part 2 are on the same plan.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】長手方向の端部付近の剛性を確保するとともに、コンクリートが漏れ出すのを防ぐための別部材を取り付けることなく、打設時にデッキプレートの長手方向の端部からコンクリートが漏れ出すのを防ぐことが可能なデッキプレート及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】鋼板から折り曲げられて平面視で長方形状に成形されたコンクリートスラブ用のデッキプレート１において、コンクリートスラブの下面を支持する長方形平板状のスラブ支持部２を備え、このスラブ支持部２に、長手方向に沿って座屈防止のための座屈防止リブ（山形リブ２３）を形成し、この座屈防止リブ（山形リブ２３）の長手方向の端部を端から離間した所定位置において押し潰し、座屈防止リブ（山形リブ２３）の下端とスラブ支持部２の他の部位の下端とが同一平面上に位置するようにする。【選択図】図２
