PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kitchen apparatus having a structure that a counter the back guard of which is formed thin can be fixed to a cabinet to increase the depth of a sink.SOLUTION: A kitchen apparatus includes: a counter where a sink 4 is formed; and a cabinet having an upper opening which upwardly opens and on which the counter is disposed so as to cover the upper opening. The counter is provided with a back guard 3 upwardly projecting at its back end part. The inside surface (depth surface 46) of the posterior wall of the sink 4 is formed so as to be almost flush with a front surface 31 of the back guard 3. A support part 22 disposed on and supported by an upper end surface 12a of a back plate 12 of the cabinet, is provided at the back surface side of the back guard 3. A step part is formed on the almost flush part of the posterior wall 41 of the sink 4, and a lower end surface 35 formed on the back surface side of the step part serves as the support part 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】バックガードを薄く形成したカウンターをキャビネットに固定可能な構成を提案し、以ってシンクの奥行きを大きくした厨房装置を提供する。【解決手段】シンク４が形成されたカウンターと、上方に開口する上開口を有し、上開口を覆うようにカウンターが配置されるキャビネットと、を備える。カウンターに、後端部において上方に突出するバックガード３が設けられ、シンク４の後壁の内側面（奥面４６）が、バックガード３の前面３１と略面一状となるように設けられ、バックガード３の背面側に、キャビネットの背板１２の上端面１２ａに載置支持される支持部２２を有する。シンク４の後壁４１の略面一状部分には段部が形成され、段部の背面側に形成された下端面３５が、支持部２２となる。【選択図】図８
