KITCHEN WASTEWATER TREATMENT APPARATUS
To provide a kitchen wastewater treatment apparatus easily downsized capable of treating kitchen wastes and grease contained in kitchen wastewater without spreading a nasty smell.SOLUTION: A kitchen wastewater treatment apparatus includes a sink unit, a grease trap unit arranged below the sink unit, and a kitchen waste volume decreasing unit. The sink unit is equipped with an exhaust port at the bottom for discharging kitchen wastewater. The grease trap unit has a kitchen waste recovery region for recovering kitchen wastes contained in the kitchen wastewater and an oil-water separation region for separating oil and water contained in the kitchen wastewater. The kitchen waste volume decreasing unit is equipped with a loading port of the kitchen wastes recovered in the kitchen waste recovery region and a residue discharge port for discharging a treatment residue of the kitchen wastes of which the volume is decreased to the outside. A connection pipe connects the residue discharge port of the kitchen waste volume decreasing unit and the grease trap unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
