To provide a kitchen apparatus extremely reducing load on the body of a cooker due to his (her) various cooking operations, and efficiently executing the cooking operations.SOLUTION: A kitchen apparatus 1 includes: a sink area 20 on a top surface side thereof; a top surface operation area 30 formed on an almost flat surface; and a cooking area 32. In the sink area 20, a sink body part 21, and a table surface 21a higher than the bottom surface of the sink body part 21 are formed. The sink body part 21, the table surface 21a, the top surface operation area 30 and the cooking area 32 are arranged in a lateral direction in this order. The placing surface of a heating cooker in the heating cooking area 32 is located at a position lower than the upper surface of the top surface operation area 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】調理者の種々の調理作業による身体負荷を極力少なくでき、かつ調理作業を効率的に実施できる厨房装置を提供する。【解決手段】厨房装置1は、天面側にシンク領域20と、略平坦な面に形成された天面作業領域30と、加熱調理領域32とを有している。シンク領域20には、シンク本体部21と、シンク本体部21の底面よりも高さが高い台面21aが形成されている。シンク本体部21、台面21a、天面作業領域30、加熱調理領域32が、この順で横方向に並び、加熱調理領域32の加熱調理器載置面が、天面作業領域30の上面よりも低い位置とされる。【選択図】図1
