PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a facility unit that comprises a water section facility and an integration facility housing a water-supply and drainage pipe, being capable of standing by itself, and being highly strong, is capable of reducing tuning with construction work and facility work in performing installation work, and is capable of diversifying arrangement of the water section facility; and a dwelling structure for enabling the facility unit to be installed at any location in a dwelling space.SOLUTION: A facility unit comprises: an integration facility 1 installed on a floor finishing surface 2 of a dwelling space K, the integration facility housing at least a water-supply pipe and drainage pipe inside; and a water section facility M installed on a side of the integration facility 1. The water section facility M is supported by the integration facility 1 and is connected to the water-supply pipe and drainage pipe above the floor finishing surface 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】給排水管を収容し自立可能で高強度な集約設備と水回り設備を備え、設置工事の際に建築工事や設備工事との調整作業を少なくすることができ、かつ水回り設備の配置の多様化を図ることができる設備ユニット、および設備ユニットを居住空間内の任意の位置に設置可能な住居構造を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】居住空間Ｋの床仕上面２上に設置され、内部に少なくとも給水管および排水管を収容する集約設備１と、集約設備１の側部に設置された水回り設備Ｍと、を備え、水回り設備Ｍは、集約設備１に支持され、かつ床仕上面２より上側において給水管および排水管に接続されている。【選択図】図２
