VARIABLE STRUCTURE OF DWELLING UNIT AREA OF MULTIPLE DWELLING HOUSE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable structure of the dwelling unit area of a multiple dwelling house of not laying electric wiring and service water-sewerage/gas piping, in response to a desire of an owner of desiring to change the occupied area of a dwelling unit.SOLUTION: A dwelling unit in a multiple dwelling house comprises a partition wall 1 for partitioning this dwelling unit, an outer wall 2 for separating this dwelling unit and a common corridor A and a meter box part 3 for storing wiring and piping for this dwelling unit, and a first partition wall 11 shared by adjacent first dwelling unit X and second dwelling unit Y and second partition walls 12 and 12 in which these first dwelling unit and second dwelling unit respectively share with the other dwelling unit, exist on the partition wall 1, and the meter box parts 3 and 3 are respectively provided on the common corridor A side on an extension line of the second partition walls 12 and 12, and an opening part 11a for changing this occupied area is provided on the first partition wall 11 unprovided with any meter box part when increasing-decreasing the occupied area in a living room L of the first dwelling unit or a living room R of the second dwelling unit of facing to the first partition wall 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】住戸の専有面積を変更したい所有者の希望に応じ、電気用配線や上下水道・ガス用配管が敷設されていない集合住宅の住戸面積の可変構造を提供する。【解決手段】集合住宅における住戸は、この住戸を区画する区画壁１と、この住戸と共用廊下Ａとを隔てる外壁２と、この住戸用の配線及び配管を収納するメーターボックス部３とを備えており、区画壁１には、隣接する第一の住戸Ｘ及び第二の住戸Ｙが共有する第一の区画壁１１と、この第一の住戸と第二の住戸とがそれぞれ他の住戸と共有する第二の区画壁１２，１２とがあり、メーターボックス部３,３は、第二の区画壁１２，１２の延長線上かつ共有廊下Ａ側にそれぞれ設けられ、第一の区画壁１１に面する第一の住戸の居室Ｌ又は第二の住戸の居室Ｒにおける専有面積を増減する場合、いずれのメーターボックス部も設けられていない第一の区画壁１１にこの専有面積を変更する開口部１１ａが設けられている。【選択図】図１
