PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch unit with a holding means (a function of a stopper unit) of a solar shading device capable of performing stable rolling-up operation.SOLUTION: A clutch unit with a holding means includes a transmitting-side rotary part that is rotated by a pulley operation drive device and has a transmitting-side engagement disk, a transmitted-side rotary part that is connected to a rolling-up rotary shaft and has a transmitted-side engagement disk, a cam drum 7 in which a cam groove 24 is formed, a clutch case housing the cam drum 7 in a rotatable manner, a linear guide groove 27 extending in the axial direction formed inside the clutch case, and a clutch ball 28 that is movable only in the axial direction between one end in the axial direction of the guide groove 27 to the other end and can also move relatively for the cam drum within the cam groove 24. Also, the clutch unit switches connection and disconnection between the transmitting-side rotary part and the transmitted-side rotary part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
