CLUTCH UNIT WITH HOLDING MEANS OF SOLAR SHADING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch unit of a solar shading device with a clutch means and a holding means that has the operational stability high enough to prevent the occurrence of the disengagement of a clutch or the like.SOLUTION: A clutch unit 7 with a holding means includes a transmitting-side rotary part 21 connected to a pulley operation drive device, a transmitted-side rotary part 22 that is connected to a rolling-up rotary shaft and has a transmitted-side engagement part 53, a cam drum 23 in which a cam groove 23 and a transmitting-side engagement part 33 engageable with/disengageable from the transmitted-side engagement part 53 are formed and which is movable in the axial direction with respect to the transmitting-side rotary part 21 as well as rotates along with the transmitting-side rotary part 21, a clutch case 26 housing the cam drum 23 in a rotatable manner, a guide groove 27 linearly formed inside the clutch case 26 in the axial direction, and a clutch ball 28 that is movable only in the axial direction inside the guide groove 27 and can also move relatively for the cam drum 23 within the cam groove 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】クラッチ手段と保持手段を兼ね備え、かつクラッチのはずれ等の生じない動作安定性を備え日射遮蔽装置における保持手段を備えたクラッチユニットを実現する【解決手段】保持手段を備えたクラッチユニット7は、プーリ操作駆動装置に連結された伝達側回転部21と、巻き上げ回動軸に連結され被伝達側噛み合い部53を有する被伝達側回転部22と、カム溝23が形成され、被伝達側噛み合い部53と係脱可能な伝達側噛み合い部33が形成されており、伝達側回転部21に対して軸方向に可動かつ伝達側回転部21とともに回転するカムドラム23と、カムドラム23を回転可能に収容するクラッチケース26と、クラッチケース26の内面に軸方向に直線的に形成された案内溝27と、案内溝27内で軸方向のみに移動可能であると共に、カム溝24内でカムドラム23に対して相対的に移動するクラッチボール28と、を備えている。【選択図】図6
