BUILDING UNIT AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF BUILDING UNIT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which facilitates connection with another element at an upper part of a building unit.SOLUTION: A building unit 1 is assembled beforehand in a place other than a construction site of a building and constitutes one part of the building, and it includes: a base 11 as a lower side horizontal member; a plurality of pillars 12 extending upward from the base 11; and a wall 17 formed between the plurality of pillars 12. The wall 17 includes an inside surface material 13 as an inner panel for forming an inside wall surface, a stud 15, an upper frame material 16a, a lower frame material 16b, and an outside surface material 14 as an outer panel for forming an outside wall surface. At least one part of the outside surface material 14 forms a gap G opening toward the outside of the wall 17 at least at one part of an upper part of the outside surface material 14 and the inside of the wall 17 on the outside of the inside surface material 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
