To mainly enable forming a piloti space without corner pillars in one building unit.SOLUTION: Provided is a building unit 1 in which a ceiling frame 2 and a floor frame 3 are vertically separated by pillars 4. The floor frame 3 has a convex planar shape having a retracted portion 7 which is one of four corner portions 6 constituting a rectangle, and is retracted. The pillars 4 are provided at positions of the three corner portions 6 other than the retracted portion 7 of the floor frame 3. The retracted portion 7 is a non-pillar-installed portion 8 without the pillar 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】主に、１つの建物ユニットにてコーナー柱などのないピロティ空間を形成し得るようにする。【解決手段】天井フレーム２と床フレーム３とを、上下に隔てて柱４で連結した建物ユニット１に関する。床フレーム３は、矩形を構成する４つのコーナー部６のうちの１つが引込んだ引込部７を有する凸型の平面形状とされている。柱４は、床フレーム３の引込部７以外の３つのコーナー部６の位置に対して設けられる。引込部７は、柱４のない柱未設置部８とされている。【選択図】図１
