NON-ELECTRIC SOURCE GRAVITATIONALLY OPENING SLIDING DOOR WITH QUICKLY RESTORABLE FOOTSTOOL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-electric source opening and closing device using stepping-in force, which can quickly open and close a door according to a passing speed of a user and make passage of the user smooth.SOLUTION: A non-electric source automatic opening and closing door device with quickly restorable footstool can be moved up or down due to connection of X-shaped movable frameworks 4, which are formed by appropriately disposing a footboard mechanical section upper plate 2 and a plate base mechanical section lower plate 3, and has even restoring force due to appropriate arrangement of spring-type compression coil springs 8, which react against self-weight during walking of passerby. The device comprises: a fixed upper horizontal rail 11 on which door hangers 12 can freely travel; U-shaped inclined rail 7, which gradually inclines downward on a door lower sill 10 and on which runner rollers travel; and a power transmission fitting 5 with an operation rod, which is actuated along with a footboard mechanical section 1 and has runner rollers 6 pressing against an inner surface of the U-shaped inclined rail 7. The stepping-in force and the spring restoring force press the runner rollers 6 against the inner surface of the U-shaped inclined rail 7 to move the runner rollers in vertical direction, quickly moving a sliding door 15 in opening or closing direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】利用者の通行スピードに合わせて迅速に開閉でき、利用者の通行をスムーズに実現できる踏込力利用の無電源開閉装置を提供する。【解決手段】迅速復元機能踏台付無電源自動開閉扉装置において、踏み板台機構部上板2と踏み板台機構部下板3を適正配置したX字状可動軸組4の連結により昇降自在とし、歩行自重に反発するスプリング式圧縮コイルバネ8の適正配置により均等な復元力を持ち、扉吊車12が自由に走行できる固定式上部水平レール11と、扉下部はかま部10の段階的下降傾斜のランナーローラー走行用コの字型傾斜レール7と、踏み板台機構部1と連動し、前記コの字型傾斜レール7の内面を圧接するランナーローラー6を持つ作動棒付動力伝達金具5とからなり、前記踏み力及び前記バネ復元力で前記コの字型傾斜レール7の内面にランナーローラー6を上下方向に圧接駆動し、扉15を開閉方向に迅速に移行させる引き戸である。【選択図】図4
