JUNCTION STRUCTURE FOR WOODEN MEMBER, AND JUNCTION METHOD FOR WOODEN MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a junction structure for a wooden member capable of implementing short-time construction by eliminating the need of complicated processing or assembly of a portion where shear loads of various joints or the like are received, and further simplifying the structure while maintaining a sufficient junction strength.SOLUTION: A junction structure J1 for a wooden member comprises: a connection beam 1 defining a butt end face as a joint surface 14 and including pass-side lower holes 15, 16, 15a, 16a that are provided in a penetrating manner between the joint surface 14 and side faces 12, 13 at mutually opposite sides; main beams 2, 2a forming a joint surface 24 to be joined with the joint surface 14 at one side of both the side faces and including stop-side lower holes 25, 26, 25a, 26a provided from the joint surface 24 to another side face 23 so as to be stopped in a required depth, and paired with the pass-side lower holes on the same straight line; and joint pins 3, 3a, 3b, 3c which are passed through the pass-side lower holes and inserted into the stop-side lower holes, for joining the connection beam 1 with the main beams 2, 2a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】各種接手等の剪断荷重を受ける部分の複雑な加工や組み込みを不要とすると共に、充分な接合強度を確保しつつ構造をより簡易化することにより、短期での施工を可能とした木部材の接合構造を提供する。【解決手段】木部材の接合構造J1は、木口面を接合面14とし、接合面14と、互いに反対側にある側面12、13との間に、貫通して設けられた対となる通し側下孔15、16、15a、16aを有する連結梁1と、両側面の一方側に前記接合面14と接合する接合面24を形成し、接合面24から他方の側面23へ向け所要深さで行き止まるように設けられた、各通し側下孔と同一直線上にあって対となる止め側下孔25、26、25a、26aを有する主梁2、2aと、各通し側下孔を通り、各止め側下孔に挿通されて、連結梁1と主梁2、2aを接合する接合ピン3、3a、3b、3cとを備える。【選択図】図1
