To provide a junction structure of a wooden member which can yield a penetration member while suppressing damage of a wooden member by the penetration member.SOLUTION: A junction structure of a wooden member includes a first wooden member having a projection projecting to a predetermined direction, a recess which the projection enters, a second wooden member having an overlapping part overlapping the projection entering the recess in a crossing direction crossing the predetermined direction, and a penetration member penetrating the overlapping projection and the overlapping part, in which the penetration member has a yield part that is yielded by relative movement of the first wooden member and the second wooden member provided on a boundary portion between the projection and the overlapping part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
