PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost of a tread cleaning device.SOLUTION: A tread cleaning device 100 comprises: a connection mechanism 80 for connecting a polishing piece reception 40 and a polishing piece 50 detachably; a lock pin 70 for holding the connection mechanism 80 in a connection state; and a lock mechanism 90 for regulating movement of the lock pin 70. The lock mechanism 90 includes: a support part 43 for regulating falling of a rod part 71 from an engagement hole 49; and an engagement member 11 for regulating rotation of a grip part 72. When the grip part 72 is rotated in one side around the rod part 71, the grip part 72 contacts the engagement member 11 for shrinking a spring 12, thereby the engagement member 11 retreats, and the grip part 72 can rotate beyond the engagement member 11, on the other hand, when the grip part 72 rotates beyond the engagement member 11, rotation of the grip part 72 in the other side around the rod part 71 is regulated by the engagement member 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
