PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete formwork assembly tool capable of being used as means for coupling two formworks which are disposed at right angle to each other.SOLUTION: Two mounting bolts 5 are inserted through a through hole 10 formed in mounting plate part 7a of a body at a right angle from the inside, includes: a head part 5a which is stopped in an anti-rotation manner when coming into contact with a bent overhang plate 9 of the body; a peripheral groove 5c formed at a position neighboring the mounting plate part 7a protruding outward from the mounting plate part 7a of a shank 5b for folding; and a front-end screw shank 5d. The mounting plate part 7a has a caulking part 11 which is formed for causing at least a part of an inner peripheral edge of the through hole 10 to come into close contact with the shank 5b between a bulging edge 13a of the peripheral groove 5c and the head part 5a. Each interval holding jig 6 is loose fit to the shank 5b between the front-end screw shank 5d of the mounting bolt 5 and the peripheral groove 5c, which has a circumferential surface of which the outer diameter gets smaller toward the mounting plate part 7a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】互いに直角に配置される2枚の型枠板を互いに連結するための手段として活用出来る、コンクリート型枠組立て用具を提供する。【解決手段】2本の取付け用ボルト5は、本体の取付け板部7aに設けられた貫通孔10を内側から直角向きに挿通されたもので、本体の折曲張出し板部9との当接で回り止めされる頭部5aと、取付け板部7aから外側に突出する軸部5bの、取付け板部7aに隣接する位置に設けられた、折り取りのための周溝5c、及び先端螺軸部5dから構成され、取付け板部7aには、貫通孔10の内周縁の少なくとも一部を、周溝5cの膨出縁部13aと頭部5aとの間の軸部5bに圧接させるカシメ部11が形成され、各間隔保持具6は、取付け用ボルト5の先端螺軸部5dと周溝5cとの間の軸部5bに遊嵌するもので、取付け板部7a側ほど外径が縮小される円周面を備えている。【選択図】図3
