CONCRETE FORMING FORMWORK TIGHTENING TOOL
To provide a concrete forming formwork tightening tool for shortening a construction period and reducing cost by using therewith for assembling and dismantling the concrete forming formwork, to thereby propagate concrete structure detached houses.SOLUTION: A supporting tool called a formwork tightening separation bolt supporting a thickness size of flow-in concrete is made to be drawn out, then, the supporting tool can be drawn out after solidifying curing of concrete placing. Thus, the formwork is separated from a concrete skeleton, and in a state of a batten fitted to a concrete formwork called a concrete panel form connected, the formwork can be moved and transferred by hanging. Reuse of the supporting tool called the formwork tightening separation bolt allows shortening of a construction period and cost reduction. Integral formation of a batten tightening part with a support part supporting the thickness size of the concrete can omit carrying work and a part of work steps.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】コンクリート型枠の組立及び解体にコンクリート形成型枠緊締具を使用する事により工期短縮及びコストダウンを実現し、コンクリート構造戸建住宅の普及を図る。【解決手段】流し込むコンクリートの厚み寸法を支持する型枠締付セパボルトと称する支持具を、抜取り可能にした事で、コンクリート打設固化養生後に抜取る事で、コンクリート躯体から型枠が分離され、連結されたコンパネフォームと称するコンクリート型枠にバタ材を取付けた状態で、吊上げて移動移設が可能になり、また、前記型枠締付セパボルトと称する支持具を再使用する事で工期短縮及びコストダウンを実現する。また、バタ材締付部とコンクリートの厚み寸法を支持する支持部を一体に形成した事で、持ち運び及び一部の作業工程が省略される特徴がある。【選択図】図１
