LOW-RISE BUILDING AND ANCHOR HOLDER FOR FOUNDATION CONSTRUCTION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation structure for a low-rise building that may be installed readily even by a worker other than an expert workman, at the same time significantly curtailing a work period and offering high strength.SOLUTION: A circumferential rising part of a foundation 1 includes a steel or resin inner plate 4, a steel or resin (excluding a resin foam) outer plate 5, and a concrete layer 3 filled and solidified between the inner plate 4 and the outer plate 5. The inner plate 4 and the outer plate 5 are used as a mold when the concrete layer 3 is filled and solidified, and remain in the place. No boundary surface is formed between a vertical part 32 and a horizontal part 31 of the concrete layer 3. The outer plate 5 has a lower side that is buried in a ground, and the inner plate 4 and the outer plate 5 that face each other are connected by a fit-in type connection member 7. A top surface of the horizontal part 31 of the concrete layer 3 is located below a ground surface GL.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】 低層建築物において、専門の職人でなくとも容易に施工が可能で、且つ工期も大幅に短縮でき、さらに強度の面でも優れた性能である基礎構造を提供する。【解決手段】 基礎1の周状立ち上がりは、スチール製又は樹脂製の内板4と、スチール製又は樹脂製(発泡樹脂を除く)外板5と、内板4と外板5との間に充填、固化されたコンクリート層3とを備える。内板4及び外板5は、コンクリート層3の充填及び固化の際に型枠として使用されて残存している。コンクリート層3において、垂直部32と水平部31との間に界面は形成されていない。外板5は下側が地中に埋設されており、向かい合う内板4と外板5は、嵌め込み型の連結部材7で連結されている。コンクリート層3の水平部31の上面は、地表面GLより低い。【選択図】 図3
