Construction set anchor-type holder
The present invention relates to a set anchor-type support part for construction, which improves construction convenience and work efficiency and improves structural strength to sturdily and safely install exterior insulation and a construction exterior material. According to the present invention, the set anchor-type support part for construction comprises: an anchor bolt (100) having a male screw unit (120) and a conic head unit (130) formed on a body unit (110) consisting of a rod body; a sleeve (200) having an expansion pipe unit (210) whose outer diameter is expanded by forcibly inserting the head unit (130) of the anchor bolt (100) thereinto, and a corrugated pipe unit (220) having a corrugated longitudinal section of a wavy pattern; a washer (300) mounted on the sleeve (200) by a mounting means; and a mounting nut screwed to and mounted on the male screw unit (120) of the anchor bolt (100). According to the present invention, the number of components is small and a structure is simple to increase productivity, lower manufacturing costs, and provide excellent construction convenience. The structure is sturdy to prevent deflection or bending of the anchor bolt to sturdily and stably install exterior insulation and a construction exterior material.
본 발명은 시공 편의성과 작업 능률을 향상시킬 수 있게 함과 동시에 구조적 강도를 향상시켜 외장단열재와 건축외장재의 견고하고 안전한 설치가 가능케 한 건축용 세트 앵커형 지지구에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 건축용 세트 앵커형 지지구는 봉체로 된 몸통부(110)에 수나사부(120)와 원추형의 머리부(130)를 형성한 앵커볼트(100)와, 상기 앵커볼트(100)의 머리부(130)가 강제 삽입됨에 따라서 외경이 확장되는 확관부(210)와 파형으로 주름진 종단면 형상을 가지는 주름관부(220)를 형성한 슬리브(200)와, 상기 슬리브(200)와 결합수단으로 결합되는 와셔(300)와, 상기 앵커볼트(100)의 수나사부(120)에 나사 결합되는 체결너트(400)를 포함하여 구성한다.본 발명에 따르면, 구성품의 수가 적고, 구조가 간소하여 생산성이 높고, 제조원가는 낮으며, 시공 편의성이 우수할 뿐만 아니라, 견고한 구조를 통해서앵커볼트의 처짐이나 휨을 방지하여 외장단열재와 건축외장재의 견고하고 안정적인 설치가 가능케 되는 효과가 있다.
