BUILDING OPENING STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building opening structure capable of sealing a gap S between the opposite faces of an existing door jamb 3 and a sliding door stile 8b when installing a sliding door 8 at the side where a window board 7a of an opening is positioned in place of an existing hinged door 1.SOLUTION: A sealing adapter 17 includes: a base part 18 fixed to a vertical stile 8b; and an adapter body 19 which is fixed to the base part 18 in a state the position of which is adjusted in a front-rear direction. The sealing adapter is attached to the door end vertical stile 8b of the sliding door 7 to thereby seal the gap S between the existing door jamb 3 and the sliding door stile 8b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】既設の開き戸１に代えて開口部の膳板７ａがある側に引き戸８を新設する場合に、既設の縦枠３と引き戸縦框８ｂとの対向面間の隙間Ｓを封止する。【解決手段】引き戸７の戸先側縦框８ｂに、該縦框８ｂに固定されるベース部１８と、該ベース部１８に前後方向位置調節された状態で固定されるアダプター本体１９とで構成される封止アダプター１７を設けて既設の縦枠３と引き戸縦框８ｂとのあいだの隙間Ｓを封止する。【選択図】図５
