SOIL IMPROVEMENT DEVICE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF IMPROVED WALL BODY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil improvement device which enhances an excavation force and an excavation speed of an admixture/agitation head supported to a base machine.SOLUTION: A soil improvement device constructs an improved wall body B by inserting an admixture/agitation head 6 attached to a base machine 1 into the ground. An angle formed of a plane center line C1 and a plane center line C2 of a boom 4 is set as an acute angle while maintaining a caterpillar band 2 of the base machine 1 in substantially-parallel with the plane center line C1 of the improved wall body B. When excavating the admixture/agitation head 6 in the plane center line C1 direction, a component force P1 in the plane center line C1 direction based on a force P in an oscillation motion direction of the boom 4 is utilized as excavation vector toward the plane center line C1 direction, and the admixture/agitation head 6 is excavated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】ベースマシンに支持されている混合撹拌ヘッドの掘進力および掘進速度の増大化を図った地盤改良装置を提供する。【解決手段】ベースマシン1に装着されたた混合撹拌ヘッド6を地中に貫入し、て改良壁体Bを構築する地盤改良装置である。改良壁体Bの平面中心線C1に対しベースマシン1の履帯2をほぼ平行に保ちつつ、平面中心線C1とブーム4の平面中心線C2とのなす角度を鋭角とする。混合撹拌ヘッド6を平面中心線C1方向に掘進させるにあたり、ブーム4の揺動動作方向の力Pに基づく平面中心線C1方向の分力P1を当該平面中心線C1方向への掘進ベクトルとして活用して混合撹拌ヘッド6を掘進させる。【選択図】図5
