GROUND IMPROVEMENT DEVICE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF IMPROVED WALL BODY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground improvement device comprising a fitting angle adjusting mechanism with a small size and a light weight as well as with user friendly features.SOLUTION: A fitting angle adjusting mechanism 7 in an intermediate bracket type is intermediately arranged between an arm 5 of a base machine and a mixing and agitating head 6 to adjust an angle of the mixing and agitating head 6. A stationary plate 28 of an arm side bracket 26 and a movable plate 30 of a rotatable head side bracket 27 relative thereto are connected by a shaft member 32 penetrating through both the plates. Furthermore, the stationary plate 28 and the movable plate 30 are securely coupled to each other with a number of bolts/nuts 36. Retainer members 35 are integrally fixed to both ends of the shaft member 32, forming a falling prevention mechanism 50 for preventing a fall of the head side bracket 27 from the arm side bracket 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】小型軽量で且つ使い勝手の良好な取付角調整機構を有する地盤改良装置を提供する。【解決手段】ベースマシンのアーム5と混合撹拌ヘッド6との間に、その混合撹拌ヘッド6の角度調整のための中間ブラケット方式の取付角度調整機構7が介装されている。アーム側ブラケット26の固定板28とそれに対して回転可能なヘッド側ブラケット27の可動板30とが、両者を貫通する軸部材32を解して結合されている。さらに、固定板28と可動板30とが多数のボルト・ナット36により締結固定されている。軸部材32の両端には抜け止め部材35が不離一体に固定され、アーム側ブラケット26からのヘッド側ブラケット27の脱落防止機構50を形成している。【選択図】図5
