GROUND IMPROVEMENT DEVICE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF OBLIQUE IMPROVED WALL BODY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an appropriate ground improvement equipment to construct an oblique improved wall body inclined with respect to a vertical direction using a mixing-agitating head attached to a drilling machine as a base machine.SOLUTION: A ground improvement device to construct an oblique improved wall body inclined with respect to a vertical direction is to mix-agitate in-situ soil and solidification material by attaching a mixing-agitating head 5 provided with chain-type mixing-agitating blades 18 rotating vertically to a tip of an arm 4 of a base machine in conditions that: (a) a construction direction of the oblique improved wall body is approximately perpendicular to a rotational movement plane of the mixing-agitating blade 18 in a plan view; and (b) the construction direction of the oblique improved wall body is approximately parallel to caterpillar bands of the base machine. An angled attachment 6 is provided between the tip of the arm 4 of the base machine and the mixing-agitating head 5 to maintain an attitude of the mixing-agitating head 5 to an inclined angle of the oblique improved wall body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】ベースマシンであるショベル系の掘削機に装着した混合撹拌ヘッドにて、鉛直方向に対して傾斜した斜め改良壁体を造成するのに好適な地盤改良装置を提案する。【解決手段】ベースマシンのアーム4の先端部に、上下方向に周回移動するチェーン式の混合撹拌翼18を備えた混合撹拌ヘッド5を装着し、原位置土と固化材とを混合撹拌して、(a)平面視にて斜め改良壁体の造成方向と混合撹拌翼18の周回移動面とがほぼ直角であること、(b)斜め改良壁体の造成方向とベースマシンの履帯とがほぼ平行であること、等を条件に、鉛直方向に対して傾斜した斜め改良壁体を造成する地盤改良装置である。ベースマシンのアーム4の先端部と混合撹拌ヘッド5との間に、混合撹拌ヘッド5の姿勢を斜め改良壁体の傾斜角度に維持する角度付与アタッチメント6を介装してある。【選択図】図5
