SEDIMENT DISASTER PREDICTION SYSTEM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sediment disaster prediction system capable of accurately predicting an occurrence of sediment disaster.SOLUTION: A sediment disaster prediction system includes: a determination object district database that stores land use situations of a determination object district; a land use situation database that stores parameters respectively relating to an amount of percolation water from a land surface to soil, an amount of runoff water flowing along the surface to the outside of the district, and an amount of attached water attached to vegetation before rainfall dropped down the land surface, for each type of land use situations; a surface water amount calculation section for calculating an amount of surface water as an amount of water being present on the land surface of the determination object district on the basis of precipitation, the surface water amount calculation section that calculates an amount of retained water to be retained on the land surface of the determination object district using the precipitation and the respective parameters, and determines a sum of the amount of retained water and the amount of runoff water as the amount of surface water; and sediment disaster determination section for determining a possibility of the sediment disaster in the determination object district on the basis of the amount of surface water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】土砂災害の発生を的確に予測することが可能な土砂災害予測システムを提供する。【解決手段】土砂災害予測システムは、判定対象区域の土地利用状況を記憶している判定対象区域データベースと、土地利用状況の種類毎に、地表から土壌への浸透水量、地表を伝って区域外へ流れ出す流出水量、及び降雨が地表に落下する前に植生に付着する付着水量のそれぞれに関するパラメータを記憶している土地利用状況データベースと、雨量に基づいて判定対象区域の地表に存在している水量である表面水量を計算する表面水量計算部であって、前記雨量及び前記各パラメータを用いて前記判定対象区域の地表に貯留される貯留水量を算出し、前記貯留水量と前記流出水量の和を前記表面水量として決定する表面水量計算部と、前記表面水量に基づいて前記判定対象区域における土砂災害の可能性を判定する土砂災害判定部と、を備える。【選択図】図5
