POSITIONING METHOD AND DEVICE FOR STEP BOARD OF SPIRAL STAIRWAY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an appropriate method for positioning a plurality of step boards at a prescribed positional relationship on a transfer device, the step board having a decorative sheet bonded thereon.SOLUTION: For manufacturing two sets of step boards for a three-step spiral stairway, step boards B1 and A2, B3 and A1, and A3 and B2 are positioned in a direction Y orthogonal to a direction of transfer, such that stair-nosing tip surfaces b11, b31, a31 and a21, a11, b21 are positioned parallel to each other leaving an interval Wa. While keeping the step board B1 halted using positioning pins 11a, 11b, positioning pins 12, 13 are butted on a rear edge surface b13 and moved laterally, thus pressing the stair-nosing tip surface b11 onto a stair-nosing guide 14a for positioning. While keeping the step board B1 at the position, the positioning pins 12, 13 are moved laterally toward a step-nosing guide 14b and butted against a rear edge surface a24 of the following step board A2, thus pressing the stair-nosing tip surface a21 onto the stair-nosing guide 14b for positioning.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】化粧シートが貼着される複数の踏板を所定の位置関係で搬送装置上に位置決めするための好適な手法を提供する。【解決手段】３段廻り階段用の踏板２セット分を製造するに当たり、踏板Ｂ１とＡ２、Ｂ３とＡ１、Ａ３とＢ２を搬送直交方向Ｙに対にして、それらの段鼻先端面ｂ１１，ｂ３１，ａ３１とａ２１，ａ１１，ｂ２１が間隔Ｗａで平行になる位置関係で位置決めする。位置決めピン１１ａ，１１ｂで踏板Ｂ１を停止させたまま、位置決めピン１２，１３を後端面ｂ１３に当てて横移動させることにより、段鼻先端面ｂ１１を段鼻ガイド１４ａに押し付けて位置決めする。踏板Ｂ１をこの位置に保持したまま、位置決めピン１２，１３を段鼻ガイド１４ｂに向けて横移動させ、後続の踏板Ａ２の後端面ａ２４に当て、段鼻先端面ａ２１を段鼻ガイド１４ｂに押し付けて位置決めする。【選択図】図３
