POSITIONING METHOD AND DEVICE FOR STEP BOARD OF SPIRAL STAIRWAY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an appropriate method for positioning a plurality of step boards at a prescribed positional relationship on a transfer device, the step board having a decorative sheet bonded thereon.SOLUTION: For manufacturing two sets of step boards for a three-step spiral stairway, step boards B1 and A2, B3 and A1, and A3 and B2 are positioned in a direction Y orthogonal to a direction of transfer, such that stair-nosing tip surfaces b11, b31, a31 and a21, a11, b21 are positioned parallel to each other leaving an interval Wa. While keeping the step board B1 halted using positioning pins 11a, 11b, positioning pins 12, 13 are butted on a rear edge surface b13 and moved laterally, thus pressing the stair-nosing tip surface b11 onto a stair-nosing guide 14a for positioning. While keeping the step board B1 at the position, the positioning pins 12, 13 are moved laterally toward a step-nosing guide 14b and butted against a rear edge surface a24 of the following step board A2, thus pressing the stair-nosing tip surface a21 onto the stair-nosing guide 14b for positioning.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】化粧シートが貼着される複数の踏板を所定の位置関係で搬送装置上に位置決めするための好適な手法を提供する。【解決手段】3段廻り階段用の踏板2セット分を製造するに当たり、踏板B1とA2、B3とA1、A3とB2を搬送直交方向Yに対にして、それらの段鼻先端面b11,b31,a31とa21,a11,b21が間隔Waで平行になる位置関係で位置決めする。位置決めピン11a,11bで踏板B1を停止させたまま、位置決めピン12,13を後端面b13に当てて横移動させることにより、段鼻先端面b11を段鼻ガイド14aに押し付けて位置決めする。踏板B1をこの位置に保持したまま、位置決めピン12,13を段鼻ガイド14bに向けて横移動させ、後続の踏板A2の後端面a24に当て、段鼻先端面a21を段鼻ガイド14bに押し付けて位置決めする。【選択図】図3
