SOUND INSULATION COVER AND FIRE SPREAD PREVENTION MECHANISM HAVING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent falling of an expansion material in a fire.SOLUTION: A sound insulation cover of the present invention is the sound insulation cover installed in a drain pipe having an aggregate drain pipe installed by penetrating through a floor slab in a multistoried building and a riser connected under the aggregate drain pipe and formed of a flammable material and restraining a drain sound from being transmitted to the outside of the drain pipe in the drain pipe by being formed of a nonflammable material, and comprises a cover body provided in at least a part of the aggregate drain pipe and an upper part of the riser and covering an expansion material with an outer peripheral part for blocking up a drain flow passage of the aggregate drain pipe by expanding in the radial inner direction by heat in a fire and a diameter reduction member capable of diametrically reducing a partial area part in the circumferential direction of the cover body more than the other area part and formed of the nonflammable material, and the cover body comprises a locking part locked on the aggregate drain pipe side in an upper part than the partial area diametrically reduced by the diameter reduction member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】火災時での膨張材の落下を防止できるようにする。【解決手段】本発明の遮音カバーは、多層階建築物における床スラブを貫通して設置された集合排水管および集合排水管の下方に接続され可燃性材料から形成された立て管を備える排水管に取付けられ、不燃性材料から形成され排水管での排水音が排水管外に伝達されることを抑制する遮音カバーであって、集合排水管の少なくとも一部および立て管の上部に設けられ火災時の熱により径内方向へ膨張して集合排水管の排水流路を塞ぐ膨張材を外周部で覆うカバー本体と、カバー本体の周方向の一部の領域部を他の領域部に比べて縮径させることが可能であって不燃性材料から形成された縮径用部材とを備え、カバー本体は、縮径用部材によって縮径される一部の領域よりも上方部に、集合排水管側に係止される係止部を備える。【選択図】図1
