Insulation panel with a function of fire spread prevention
According to the present invention, an insulation panel comprises: a pair of metal plates vertically stood to be arranged in parallel to each other; an insulation material filling a gap between the pair of metal plates; and four non-combustible finishing plates made of a non-combustible material to be coupled to upper, lower, left, and right ends of the insulation material to cover the same. Then, the non-combustible finishing plates are composed of a steel plate and a flame-retardant non-woven fabric bonded in a laminated structure. According to the present invention, the insulation panel having a fire spread prevention function is used to block spread of a flame to the other adjacent insulation panel even though the insulation material is combusted to prevent the spread of a fire and prevent condensation even though there is a large temperature difference between the inside and the outside of the insulation panel.
본 발명에 의한 단열패널은, 수직으로 세워져 상호 평행하게 배열되는 한 쌍의 금속판재; 상기 한 쌍의 금속판재 사이를 채우는 단열재; 불연재로 제작되어 상기 단열재의 상하 및 좌우 끝단을 덮도록 결합되는 4개의 불연마감판;을 포함하여 구성된다. 이때 상기 불연마감판은, 적층 구조로 결합되는 강판 및 방염부직포로 구성된다. 본 발명에 의한 화재확산 방지기능을 구비하는 단열패널을 이용하면, 단열재가 연소되더라도 이웃하는 다른 단열패널로 화염이 전파되는 현상을 막아 화재 확산을 방지할 수 있고, 외부와 내부의 온도차가 크게 발생하더라도 결로 현상이 발생하지 아니한다는 장점이 있다.
