CUTOFF DEVICE PROVIDED WITH LIGHT-WEIGHT CUTOFF PANEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutoff device provided with a cutoff plate that is inexpensive, light in weight and sufficient in strength, enables the cutoff plate to mount on a mullion plate without having to conduct a special operation, and capable of automatically tightening a packing.SOLUTION: The cutoff device includes a cutoff panel (1) and a pair of mullion plates (10, 10'). The cutoff panel (1) is configured by attaching a pair of thin carbon fiber reinforced plastic plates (1B, 1C) to a skeleton (1A) formed in a lattice shape from metal square pipes. The mullion plates are made up of a door receiving guide (11) and a door stop guide (12). A packing (3) is provided at the door receiving guide. A first tapered wedge (7) thinned in a taper manner downward is provided on a side of the cutoff panel, while a second tapered wedge (8) thickened in a taper manner downward is provided on a side of the door stop guide of the mullion plate. When the cutoff panel is fitted into between the door receiving guide and the door stop guide of the mullion plate from the above, the wedge actions of the first and second tapered wedges cause the cutoff panel to be pressed against the door receiving guide via the packing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 安価で軽量で十分な強度を有する止水板を備え、格別な操作なしに止水板を方立てに装着でき、パッキンが自動的に締め付けられる止水装置を提供する。【解決手段】止水パネル（１）と、一対の方立て（１０、１０’）とから構成する。止水パネル（１）は金属製方形パイプから格子状に形成した骨組み（１Ａ）に、一対の薄板の炭素繊維強化プラスチック板（１Ｂ、１Ｃ）を貼り合わせる。方立ては、戸受けガイド（１１）と、戸当たりガイド（１２）とからなる。パッキン（３）を戸受けガイドの方に設ける。止水パネル側には下方に向かってテーパ状に薄くなった第１のテーパ楔（７）を、方立ての戸当たりガイド側には下方に向かってテーパ状に厚くなった第２のテーパ楔（８）を設ける。止水パネルを方立ての戸受けガイドと、戸当たりガイドとの間に上から嵌め込むと、止水パネルは第１、２のテーパ楔の楔作用によりパッキンを介して戸受けガイドに圧接される。【選択図】 図１
