WATER CUTOFF PANEL
To provide a water cutoff panel which is lightweight, which is easy in handling, and which can quickly close at least a part of an opening such as an entrance at the time of a heavy rain or a flood.SOLUTION: A water cutoff panel 20, which is configured such that a panel body 21 is provided at its outer edge with outer edge waterproof seal members 36, 37, 38, is placed in an opening to close at least a part of the opening to prevent water from passing through the opening by causing the outer edge waterproof seal members 36, 37, 38 to abut at least right and left side portions and a lower portion among the right and left side portions and upper and lower portions of the opening. An outer edge portion of the panel main body 21 is formed by an outer frame 26 made up of right and left side members 22, 23, an upper member 24, and a lower member 25, and a space portion inside the outer frame 26 is watertight sealed and blocked by a sheet 27 in which both right and left end portions, an upper end portion, and a lower end portion are coupled to the outer frame 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】軽量で容易に取り扱うことができ、大雨時や洪水発生時等において、出入口等の開口部の少なくとも一部を迅速に塞ぐことができる止水パネルを提供すること。【解決手段】止水パネル２０は、パネル本体２１の外縁部に外縁防水シール部材３６，３７，３８を取り付けたものであって、開口部の少なくとも一部を塞ぐために開口部に配置され、開口部の左右の側部と上下部のうち、少なくとも左右の側部と下部とに外縁防水シール部材３６，３７，３８が当接することにより、水が開口部を通過することを阻止する。パネル本体２１の外縁部分は、左右の側部材２２，２３と上部材２４と下部材２５とによる外枠２６で形成され、この外枠２６の内側の空間部は、左右両端部と上端部と下端部とが外枠２６に結合されているシート２７により水密に密閉されて遮断されている。【選択図】図４
