To overcome a trouble that may occur in an emergency due to a necessary operation of lifting a water cutoff panel, which results from a water cutoff panel mounting method featured to have a configuration in which the water cutoff panel is dropped into a mullion from above and a latch mechanism works at the same time as the panel falls, the water cutoff panel mounting method being stated in a document to mount a conventional water cutoff panel of this type at an entrance of a building or an opening of a waterway or a tunnel.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to: mullions that are vertically mounted at an entrance of a building or the like, or an opening of a waterway or a tunnel; and a water cutoff panel mounting device supporting a water cutoff panel between the mullions. The water cutoff panel includes latches or the like inserted into and supported by locking holes provided on the opposite surfaces of the mullions and locking claws, and has a structure in which the water cutoff panel is mounted or detached in an easy and immediate way by inserting and supporting the latches or the like and the locking claws into the locking holes of the mullions, resulting in facilitating such as the mounting of the water cutoff panel and reducing the weight thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来のこの種の止水パネルを、建物の出入口、又は水路、トンネルの開口部に、取付ける方法として、文献がある。この文献は、方立てに、上方より落とし込む構造であり、かつ落込みと同時にラッチ機構が働くことを特徴とする。従って、止水パネルを、上方に高く持ち上げる所作が必要となり、厄介である。緊急時に困ることが考えられる。【解決手段】本発明は、建物等の出入口、又は水路、トンネルの何れかの開口部に立設された方立てと、方立て間に止水パネルを支持する止水パネルの取付け装置で、止水パネルは、方立ての対峙面に設けた係止孔に差込み支持されるラッチ等、及び係止爪を備え、方立ての係止孔に、ラッチ等、及び係止爪を差込み支持することで、簡易かつ速やかに取付け、取り外し可能とする構造であり、取付け等の容易化、止水パネルの軽量化を図る。【選択図】 図１
