PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precast concrete foundation which can easily improve durability and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A precast concrete foundation (3) comprises a horizontally extending wall shape precast structure (1). The lower edge of the precast structure (1) is supported on a ground (102) side. The upper edge of the precast structure (1) supports an outer wall (101) of a building (100), one side facing the outside of the building (100) is a top end face (10), and the other surface facing the inside of the building (100) is a mold finished surface (11).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】簡易に耐久性を向上させることができるプレキャストコンクリート基礎およびその製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】プレキャストコンクリート基礎（３）は、水平方向に延びる壁状のプレキャスト構造体（１）を備え、プレキャスト構造体（１）の下縁は、地盤（１０２）側に支持され、プレキャスト構造体（１）の上縁は、建物（１００）の外壁（１０１）を支持し、建物（１００）の外側を向く一方面が天端面（１０）であり、建物（１００）の内側を向く他方面が型枠仕上げ面（１１）である。【選択図】図４
