CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF COKE OVEN
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the construction period of a coke oven and to reduce the construction cost of the same while maintaining construction accuracy.SOLUTION: A construction method of a coak oven comprises: installing an oven fastening hardware 6 and a protective plate 3 on a backstay 1 in advance while keeping the backstay 1 in a lying state; erecting the backstay 1 with the oven fastening hardware 6 and the protective plate 3 attached thereto in advance, on a predetermined position; marking the backstay 1 and the protective plate 3 with a brick-laying reference line; laying bricks of a brick structure 5b on the basis of the reference line; removing the protective plate 3 attached to the backstay 1 subsequent to completing laying bricks of the brick structure 5b; moving the protective plate 3 to a predetermined position; and installing an oven frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
