METHOD FOR INTRODUCING PRESTRESS TO CAST IN-SITU CONCRETE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispose a precast concrete member (hereinafter, a pc member) in which a tendon is arranged inside thereof and whose end projects from an end surface between support members adjacent to each other, and then introduce prestress to the concrete at the joining part utilizing an end of the tendon buried in the concrete at the joining part installed in situ on the support member without using a jack on the support member.SOLUTION: An end surface side end part 32 of a tendon 3 which projects from an axial end surface of a PC member 1 is overlapped on a fixing plate 5 of the PC member 1 while a tension is applied to the tendon 3, and fixed to a fixed member 6 having a space forming material 60 forming a closed space which is to be filled with a powder and granular material 62 using a fixing tool 7. Also, the closed space is filled with the powder and granular material 62, and the movement of the fixing tool 7 to the side of the fixing plate 5 is restricted using the fixed member 6. After the strength of a joining part concrete 4 is made apparent, the powder and granular material 62 is discharged from the closed space, and the fixed member 6 is constricted to move the fixing tool 7 to the side of the fixing plate 5, thereby introducing prestress to the joining part concrete 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】緊張材が内部に配置され、端部が端面から突出したプレキャストコンクリート部材(以下、PC部材)を隣接する支持部材間に架設した後、支持部材上に現場で打設される接合部コンクリート中に埋設される緊張材の端部を利用し、支持部材上でのジャッキの使用をせずに接合部コンクリートにプレストレスを導入する。【解決手段】PC部材1の軸方向端面から突出した緊張材3の端面側端部32を、緊張材3に張力が付与された状態でPC部材1の定着板5に重なり、粉粒体62が充填される閉鎖空間を形成する空間形成材60を持つ被定着材6に定着具7を用いて定着させると共に、閉鎖空間へ粉粒体62を充填し、被定着材6を用いて定着具7の定着板5側への移動を拘束し、接合部コンクリート4の強度発現後、閉鎖空間から粉粒体62を排出させ、被定着材6を収縮させて定着具7の定着板5側への移動を生じさせ、接合部コンクリート4にプレストレスを導入する。【選択図】図1
