PRESTRESS INTRODUCING UNIT
To provide a prestress introducing unit capable of preventing lateral displacement between reaction bodies and smoothly generating and releasing reaction force in the reaction bodies.SOLUTION: A prestress introducing unit 1 comprises: a PC steel bar 2; anchor plates 3a, 3b mounted near ends of the PC steel bar; a pair of cylindrical reaction members 4a, 4b; female screw members 5a, 5b; and a cylindrical material end guide members 6 with each end inserted into opposing ends 8a, 8b of the cylindrical reaction members 4a, 4b respectively. The material end guide member 6 is configured to restrict relative movement in a direction perpendicular to the respective material axes while allowing relative movement of the opposing ends 8a, 8b in the material axis direction along with expansion and contraction of the cylindrical reaction members 4a, 4b, and an annular slide member 10 is arranged between the female screw members 5a, 5b in a manner sandwiched between them.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】反力体相互の横ずれを防止するとともに、反力体における反力発生及び解放をスムーズに行うことが可能なプレストレス導入ユニットを提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係るプレストレス導入ユニット1は、PC鋼棒2と、該PC鋼棒の各端近傍に取り付けられた定着板3a,3bと、一対の筒状反力部材4a,4bと、雌ネジ部材5a,5bと、筒状反力部材4a,4bの対向端部8a,8bに各端がそれぞれ挿入される筒状の材端ガイド部材6とを備える。材端ガイド部材6は、筒状反力部材4a,4bの伸縮に伴う対向端部8a,8bの材軸方向相対移動を許容しつつ、該各材軸に直交する方向への相対移動を拘束するようになっているとともに、雌ネジ部材5a,5bの間には、それらに挟まれる形で円環状滑り部材10を配置してある。【選択図】 図1
