TREADBOARD OF STEEL STAIRCASE AND STEEL STAIRCASE HAVING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treadboard of a steel staircase filled with an inorganic filler which can ensure high quietness and load strength at low cost while easily created without causing deformation of the treadboard.SOLUTION: A treadboard 1 of a steel staircase is formed by filling a cavity 10 of a treadboard body 2 made of steel plate, in which a cavity 10 is formed inside while surrounded by a bottom face plate 3a, a front face plate 3b, a rear face plate 3c and a treadboard plate 4, with an inorganic filler, and solidifying the inorganic filler. In the treadboard body 2, at least one girder member 6 arranged in a major axis direction so as to partition a range occupying the most of the major axis direction in the space by a predetermined position in the minor axis direction is provided in the cavity 10, and the girder member 6 is fixed to the bottom face plate 3a and the treadboard plate 4 in a predetermined portion, and the bottom face plate 3a and the treadboard plate 4 are integrated with each other through the girder member 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】内部に無機質充填剤を充填した鋼製階段の踏板について、踏面の変形を伴うことなく容易に作成可能なものとしながら、低コストで高い静音性と荷重強度を確保できるようにする。【解決手段】底面板3a・前面板3b・後面板3c・踏面板4で囲みながら内部に空洞10を形成した鋼板製の踏板本体2の空洞10に無機質充填剤を充填・固化してなる鋼製階段の踏板1であって、その踏板本体2は、空洞内10にその空間のうち長径方向の大部分を占める範囲を短径方向の所定位置で仕切るように長径方向に配置された少なくとも1本の桁部材6を備えており、その桁部材6が底面板3aと踏面板4に所定箇所で固定されて底面板3aと踏面板4が桁部材6を介し一体化されていることを特徴とするものとした。【選択図】図2
