To provide a steel staircase capable of ensuring an excellent quietness in all parts of the steel staircase without the need for excessive cost or construction time.SOLUTION: In a steel staircase 1 formed by a footboard 3A and a landing 4 using steel plates, the footboard 3A and the landing 4 are formed in a double structure overlapping tread plates 3a and 4a on bottom plates 3b and 4b and they are connected in a state of being in a close contact across the whole upper surfaces of the bottom plates 3b and 4b by tap welding parts 31 and 41 obtained by applying multiple tap welding to the tread plates 3a and 4a at a prescribed interval to the upper surfaces of the bottom plates 3b and 4b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】鋼製階段について、過剰なコストや施工時間を要することなく、鋼製階段の総ての部分において優れた静音性を確保できるようにすることを課題とする。【解決手段】鋼板を用いて踏板3Aと踊場部4を形成してなる鋼製階段1において、その踏板3A及び踊場部4を、底板3b,4bの上に踏面板3a,4aを重ねた二重構造として、その踏面板3a,4aを、底板3b,4bの上面に対し所定間隔で栓溶接を複数施してなる栓溶接部31,41により、底板3b,4b上面の全面に亘って密着した状態にして接続したことを特徴とするものとした。【選択図】図2
