STEEL STAIRCASE AND ATTACHMENT METHOD OF STEEL STAIRCASE
To provide a steel staircase of a dry connection type simplifying attachment work on a receiving beam.SOLUTION: A specific landing width plate 10S is arranged above a receiving beam 61 for a steel staircase configured to fix step boards 30 arranged in a step-like shape and a landing width plate 10 on a string 1 of a steel plate. The specific landing width plate 10S is placed in a horizontal state (a first status) (a) by loosely fastening a bolt in a side of a fixing screwed hole 21, with no bolt arrangement in a side of a fixing screwed hole 20, to install the steel staircase on the receiving beam 61. The specific landing width plate 10S is placed in a second state (b) with an angle by rotating the specific landing width plate 10S around an axis of the fixing screw hole 21 to form an operation opening 54 allowing visual inspection of the receiving beam 61 from an upper surface side. The string 1 and the receiving beam 61 are fixed to each other by working through the operational opening 54. Returning the specific landing width plate 10S to the first state and closing the operation opening 54 to fasten the bolt using the fixing screwed holes 21, 20 make the string 1 and the specific landing width plate 10S fixed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】乾式鉄骨階段で、受け梁への固定作業を簡略化する。【解決手段】階段状に配置した段板30と踊り場幅板10を鋼板製のささら桁1に固定してなる鉄骨階段で、受け梁61の上方に位置する特定踊り場幅板10Sとする。特定踊り場幅板10Sでは、固定ねじ穴21側で緩くボルトを締め、固定ねじ穴20側でボルトを省略してあり、水平状態(第1状態)にあり、鉄骨階段を受け梁61に架設する(a)。特定踊り場幅板10Sで、固定ねじ穴21の軸周りに特定踊り場幅板10Sを回転させて、角度もった第2状態とし(b)、上面側から受け梁61を目視できる操作開口54を形成する。操作開口54を通して作業をして、ささら桁1と受け梁61とを固定する。特定踊り場幅板10Sを第1位置に戻して(a)、操作開口54を塞ぎ、固定ねじ穴21、20でボルトを締め、ささら桁1と特定踊り場幅板10Sとを固定する。【選択図】図4
