HEAT INSULATION FOUNDATION STRUCTURE AND METHOD OF APPLYING TERMITE PREVENTION TREATMENT TO HEAT INSULATION FOUNDATION STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation foundation structure and a method of applying termite prevention treatment to the heat insulation foundation structure which more reliably cut the incoming pathway of termite and more easily replenish an anti-termite agent to be performed at the time of maintenance of the heat insulation foundation structure.SOLUTION: The heat insulation foundation structure according to the present invention in which a side surface of an outer peripheral foundation supporting a building is thermally insulated includes a lower heat insulating material attached to a lower side of the side surface of the outer peripheral foundation, an anti-termite sheet of which at least a peripheral edge contacts the side surface of the outer peripheral foundation and which is disposed so as to cover the upper surface of the lower heat insulating material, and an upper heat insulating material contacting the upper surface of the anti-termite sheet and attached to an upper side of the side surface of the outer peripheral foundation. The anti-termite sheet is made of a material capable of damming anti-termite liquid injected into the gap between the upper heat insulating material and the outer peripheral foundation during maintenance after construction or a material impregnatable with the anti-termite liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】白蟻の進入経路をより確実に絶つとともに断熱基礎構造のメンテナンス時に行われる防蟻剤の補充作業をより容易化する断熱基礎構造、および断熱基礎構造に防蟻処理を施す方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の断熱基礎構造は、建築物を支持する外周基礎の側面が断熱されたものであって、前記外周基礎の側面の下側に取り付けられた下側断熱材と、少なくとも周端が前記外周基礎の側面に接し、かつ前記下側断熱材の上面を覆うように配置された防蟻シートと、前記防蟻シートの上面に接し、かつ前記外周基礎の側面の上側に取り付けられた上側断熱材と、を備え、前記防蟻シートは、施工後のメンテナンス時に前記上側断熱材と前記外周基礎との隙間に注入される防蟻薬液を堰き止めることが可能な材料または防蟻薬液を含浸することが可能な材料で構成されていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図2
