FOUNDATION HEAT INSULATION STRUCTURE
To provide a foundation heat insulation structure which can achieve both anti-termite performance and workability.SOLUTION: A foundation heat insulation structure 1 includes a continuous footing 2 for partitioning an underfloor space 4 of a building B, and a heat insulation material 3 for insulating the continuous footing 2. The continuous footing 2 includes a base part 6 which is lower than a ground surface GL of the building B and horizontally extends, and a rising part 7 which extends upward from a center in the width direction of the base part 6 and projects from the ground surface GL. The rising part 7 has the heat insulation material 3 arranged on an inner peripheral surface 7i facing the underfloor space 4 side. The heat insulation material 3 includes a first heat insulation material 11 having an anti-termite function, and a second heat insulation material 12 which is fixed on an upper end side of the first heat insulation material 11 and has no anti-termite function.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 防蟻性能と施工性とを両立することが可能な基礎断熱構造を提供する。【解決手段】 建物Bの床下空間4を区画する布基礎2と、布基礎2を断熱する断熱材3とを具えた基礎断熱構造1である。布基礎2は、建物Bの地盤面GLよりも下方で水平に延びるベース部6と、ベース部6の幅方向の中央から上方に延び、かつ、地盤面GLから突出する立上り部7とを含む。立上り部7は、床下空間4側を向く内周面7iに、断熱材3が配されている。断熱材3は、防蟻機能を有する第1断熱材11と、第1断熱材11の上端側で固定され、かつ、防蟻機能を有さない第2断熱材12とを含む。【選択図】図1
