To provide a foundation heat insulation structure which can achieve both anti-termite performance and workability.SOLUTION: A foundation heat insulation structure 1 includes a continuous footing 2 for partitioning an underfloor space 4 of a building B, and a heat insulation material 3 for insulating the continuous footing 2. The continuous footing 2 includes a base part 6 which is lower than a ground surface GL of the building B and horizontally extends, and a rising part 7 which extends upward from a center in the width direction of the base part 6 and projects from the ground surface GL. The rising part 7 has the heat insulation material 3 arranged on an inner peripheral surface 7i facing the underfloor space 4 side. The heat insulation material 3 includes a first heat insulation material 11 having an anti-termite function, and a second heat insulation material 12 which is fixed on an upper end side of the first heat insulation material 11 and has no anti-termite function.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 防蟻性能と施工性とを両立することが可能な基礎断熱構造を提供する。【解決手段】 建物Ｂの床下空間４を区画する布基礎２と、布基礎２を断熱する断熱材３とを具えた基礎断熱構造１である。布基礎２は、建物Ｂの地盤面ＧＬよりも下方で水平に延びるベース部６と、ベース部６の幅方向の中央から上方に延び、かつ、地盤面ＧＬから突出する立上り部７とを含む。立上り部７は、床下空間４側を向く内周面７ｉに、断熱材３が配されている。断熱材３は、防蟻機能を有する第１断熱材１１と、第１断熱材１１の上端側で固定され、かつ、防蟻機能を有さない第２断熱材１２とを含む。【選択図】図１
