JOINING STRUCTURE OF STEEL PIPE PILE AND STEEL COLUMN
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining structure of a steel pipe pile and a steel column, which can achieve reduction in a work period and a construction cost, and which can perform adjustment of a height, an angle and a horizontal position of a steel column without welding during construction, and which is superior in a shearing transfer mechanism.SOLUTION: In this joining structure, a pile side member 3, which is fixed to a pile head of a steel pipe pile 1, and a column side member 4, which is fixed to a column base of a steel column 2, are coupled via a fastener 5 while they are spaced vertically each other. An upper part hardening filling body 7 is interposed between the pile side member 3 and the column side member 4. The pile side member 3 has a pile head mounting part 11, a pile internal insertion part 12 and a flow stopper 13. Inside the steel pipe pile 1, a space between the pile head mounting part 11 and the flow stopper 13 is filled with a lower part hardening filling body 6. By this lower part hardening filling body 6, the pile side member 3 is fixed to the steel pipe pile 1. Any one or both of a pile side fastener insertion hole 15 of the pile head mounting part 11 and a column side fastener insertion hole 25 of the column side member 4 are loose holes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】工期の短縮および施工費用の低減を図ることができ、施工時に無溶接で鉄骨柱の高さ調整、傾き調整、および水平位置調整を行うことができ、せん断伝達機構に優れた鋼管杭と鉄骨柱の接合構造を提供する。【解決手段】この接合構造は、鋼管杭1の杭頭に固定された杭側部材3と鉄骨柱2の柱脚に固定された柱側部材4とが、互いに上下間隔が開く状態で締結具5により結合される。杭側部材3と柱側部材4との間に、上部硬化充填体7が介在する。杭側部材3は、杭頭載置部11と杭内挿入部12と流止め部13とを有し、鋼管杭1の内部における杭頭載置部11と流止め部13との間の空間が下部硬化充填体7で埋められる。この下部硬化充填体7によって杭側部材3が鋼管杭2に固定される。杭頭載置部11の杭側締結具挿通孔15、および柱側部材4の柱側締結具挿通孔25のいずれか一方または両方がルーズ孔である。【選択図】図1
