Head reinforcement structure of the steel pile
The present invention relates to a structure for reinforcing the head of a steel pipe pile using a fixing clip, which fixes a vertical reinforcing bar using a fixing clip during a work of hardening the foundation of a structure. The structure for reinforcing head of steel pipe pile using fixing clip comprises: a reinforcement ring which is formed in a cylinder shape having a smaller cross section than a steel pipe pile and is inserted into the steel pipe pile to be coupled through a bolt; multiple vertical reinforcing bars which are formed on the outer surface of the reinforcement ring to protrude from the top end of the steel pipe pile; fixing clips which detachably couple the vertical reinforcing bars to the predetermined positions on the outer surface of the reinforcement ring; and a support member which has a disk-shaped bottom plate and a support reinforcing bar.
본 발명은 구조물의 기초를 다지는 작업에 있어서, 지반 기초에 삽입되는 강관 파일의 두부를 보강하도록 하는 구조로 고정 클립을 이용하여 수직 철근을 고정하도록 하는 고정 클립을 이용한 강관 파일의 두부보강 구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예는 강관 파일의 상부의 외주면에 다수의 결합공이 천공되며, 강관 파일의 단면 보다 작은 단면 크기로 일정 길이를 갖는 원기둥 형상으로 형성되며, 강관 파일의 결합공과 대응되는 결합공이 천공되고, 외주면에서 외측으로 돌출하여 간격 유지 부재가 형성되며, 결합공을 일치시키도록 강관 파일의 상부에서 강관 파일 내측으로 삽입되어 볼트로 결합되는 보강 링과; 보강 링의 외주면에 다수개가 강관 파일의 상단부로 일정 길이 돌출하도록 구성되는 수직 철근과; 수직 방향의 일정 길이의 선재로 이루어지는 한 쌍의 탄력 지지부와, 한 쌍의 탄력 지지부의 하단부에서 각각 일측의 하향 사선방향으로 연장되며 하단부가 연결되어 일체로 형성되는 철근 고정부와, 탄력 지지부의 상단부에서 각각 일측의 상향 사선방향으로 연장되며 상단부가 상호 마주보는 방향으로 고리형상을 갖도록 절곡되는 철근 결합부로 구성되어, 수직 철근을 보강 링의 하부에서 철근 고정부에 수직 철근이 끼워지고, 보강 링의 상부에서 철근 결합부로 결합하여 보강 링의 외주면의 지정 위치에 착탈 가능하게 수직 철근을 결합하도록 하는 고정 클립과; 강관 파일의 내부에 일정 깊이로 삽입되는 원판 형상의 바닥판과, 일단이 바닥판에 고정되고 타단부는 고리 형상으로 강관 파일의 상단부에 걸리도록 고정되는 지지 철근으로 이루어지는 지지부재;로 구성된다.
