PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the usage of a plurality of heating coils each of which is necessary to be power fed with a different power feeding behavior from each other without imposing a load on a worker.SOLUTION: The induction heating welding apparatus comprises: a unit identification part for outputting identification data that identifies a heating unit 1 connected to a unit-connecting part 30 selectively connectable to one of plural types of the heating units 11, 12, 13 having different induction heating characteristics; a power feeding part for feeding induction heating current to the heating unit using power from a power part; a power feeding behavior data storage part for storing power feeding behavior data that determines the power feeding behavior to the heating unit; a power feeding behavior selecting part for reading out power feeding behavior data suitable for the heating unit connected to the unit-connecting part; and a power feeding control part for controlling the power feeding part based on selected power feeding behavior data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
