To provide an induction heating and welding device allowing simple and proper pressing work by using an incorporated pressing pad.SOLUTION: An induction heating and welding device 2 has a heating coil 6 induction-heating a welding object, a power supply part 61 supplying current to the heating coil 6, a housing 20 housing the heating coil 6 and the power supply part 61, a pressing pad 5 attached to a lower end 23 of the housing 20 and having an abutment face abutting on the welding object, a press-operation tool 3 operated to be displaced from a first position to a second position, and a pressing spring 30 pressing the pressing pad 5 to the welding object by a spring force defined by the displacement of the press-operation tool 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
