ORIGINAL POSITION MEASURING DEVICE AND ORIGINAL POSITION MEASURING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an original position test device which can be mounted on a vehicle or the like to simultaneously obtain loading weight and shearing force at multiple points.SOLUTION: An original position measuring device includes a shearing member 16, a loading member 13, a first shaft body 11 for attaching the loading member 13, a second shaft body 12 for attaching the shearing member 16, first drive means for applying an axial load to the second shaft body 12, second drive means for applying a rotational force to the second shaft body, first detection means 14 for detecting the axial load and the rotational force of the first shaft body 11, and second detection means 15 for detecting the axial load and the rotational force of the second shaft body 12. The original position measuring device may have a computation unit for obtaining the loading weight of the loading member 13 from the detection result of the first detecting means 14 when the axial load is applied to the first shaft body 11, and the shearing force of the shear member 16 from the difference between the detection result of the second detection means 15 and the detection result of the first detection means 14 when a rotational force is applied while applying the axial load to the second shaft body 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 車輌等に搭載して多点で同時に載荷荷重とせん断力とを求めることができる原位置試験装置を提供する。【解決手段】 せん断部材16及び載荷部材13と、載荷部材13を取り付ける第一の軸体11と、せん断部材16を取り付ける第二の軸体12と、第二の軸体12に軸荷重を付与する第一の駆動手段及び前記第二の軸体に回転力を付与する第二の駆動手段と、第一の軸体11の軸荷重及び回転力を検出する第一の検出手段14と、第二の軸体12の軸荷重及び回転力を検出する第二の検出手段15とを有する。第一の軸体11に軸荷重を付与したときの第一の検出手段14の検出結果から載荷部材13の載荷荷重を求め、第二の軸体12に軸荷重を付与しつつ回転力を付与したときの第二の検出手段15の検出結果と第一の検出手段14の検出結果との差分からせん断部材16のせん断力を求める演算部を有していてもよい。【選択図】 図2
